   hmm.. coz u are in india.. u see only indians do stuff like that..
   
   when u go elsewhere... u find stuff like this pertaining to each culture...
   
   for instance french are the worst when it comes to parking and driving sense.
   
   american the worst with moral ethics..
   
   japanese well known to eat anything that can sit on a plate.
   
   British for thier peckish attitudes
   
   and so on and so forth.
